With more than 50 years in architecture, Robert L. Beers, President of the firm, continues his unwavering commitment to provide outstanding professional design services. Bob’s career began at Haak & Kaufman in 1956. By 1973 he was made a partner and continued with Haak, Kaufman, Reese & Beers until 1982 when he founded his own firm. Today, more than 25 years later, the firm has grown not only in size and experience; it has also expanded its services and areas of specialization. However, through all of the changes, the guiding principles of integrity upon which the firm was founded, have remained the same.

Our firm provides a full range of comprehensive design services. We develop creative, functional options and solutions to respond to the specific needs of each individual client. We also work with other qualified consultants who possess specific skills and knowledge in their fields. This team approach enhances the success of each project from start to finish and enables us to create a shared vision with our clients.

Our design expertise continues to expand with each project we undertake. We implement design techniques based on years of experience, industry research and by listening to our clients. We value their knowledge and experience with their own facilities, and strive to interpret ideas as a "team." We believe that open lines of communication are crucial to successful building projects.

There is no single-design formula that works for every project. Each project brings with it unique characteristics and challenges that are translated into the final design. We design environments that are tailored to the specific needs, requirements and budgets of each client.
