Renovation of an historic, 18th century, 24,498 sq. ft. building, originally constructed as a market in 1892. In the years following it was used as a commercial and industrial structure. Currently, the first floor and mezzanine levels house the vibrant new Lebanon Farmers Market and Market House Bakery & Cafe, Lebanon Picture Frame & Fine Art is on the second floor and the third floor houses Niko's Restaurant.

Completed in 2006 and 2007.
