Sustainable Design
Approach design with the intent of implementing all potential sustainable concepts. With a LEED accredited architect on staff, each project is analyzed and strategically approached to achieve the highest appropriate level of USGBC / LEED certification.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit
Use Autodesk Revit
software to develop a 3-D Building Information Model (BIM), aiding in the development of schematic designs, precise construction documents, visualization of the final product, and integration of all systems, including mechanical and structural components.

Feasibility Studies

Analyze the client's budget, needs and goals to determine the feasibility of maintaining or renovating an existing structure compared to constructing a new building or an addition.

Master Development Plans

Develop a master plan for the overall use of the site that can be sequenced into phases as the budget permits. Each project phase can be advanced according to this overall development plan.

Site Evaluation
Study various sites to evaluate soil conditions, topography, utilities (including sewer, water, electrical, telephone and cable) and other geological studies.

Project Programming
Work with the client to establish a program to determine the type, number and size of various rooms required for a complete project.

Project Budgeting
Assist in establishing a budget based on the project program.

3-Dimensional Visualizations
and Graphic Solutions

Produce 3-dimensional computer animations, hand-drawn and/or computer generated perspective renderings, architectural models and other materials to assist in visually understanding the aesthetic direction of a project throughout the design process.

Schematic Design
Provide early sketches of space allocation (rooms) and circulation (corridors) based on the project program.

Design Development
Produce design development drawings providing greater detail than those of the schematic phase. From this information, an accurate cost estimate can be established to compare with the budget.

Construction Documents
Provide contract documents including drawings and specifications to be used for the construction of the project.

Bidding
Supply contractors with the contract documents for competitive bidding. Upon receiving the bids, assist the client in evaluating the bids to make selections.

Construction Observation
Observe the construction to verify that the contractor is supplying and installing materials in accordance with the specifications and intent of the drawings.

Code Compliance and Analysis
Review an existing or new facility to ensure compliance with municipal, state and federal codes.

Interior Team
Provide space planning, finish selections and finish coordination. Extended services range from preparing furniture specifications to placing artwork.

Design Team
A contractor is added to the design team early in the design. The construction price is negotiated and refined throughout the design process with input from all team members.

Architectural Signage & Graphic Systems
Design not only the highly visible exterior signs for a building but also the interior directional signs and illustrations complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines. We have even designed a special "Bio-board" for use in Alzheimer’s care.
